Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

ALL RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED IN STORE CREDIT ONLY.

All returns must be received at Olive Gypsy Boutique within 14 days of the date your package was received. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Any final sale item, discount, or markdown item is NOT eligible. 
  • Undergarments: camis, bralettes, and leggings, are final sale and cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES, IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A DIFFERENT ITEM; PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE ITEM. WE WILL REFUND THE RETURNED ITEM WHEN RECEIVED BACK TO US AS LONG AS IT FOLLOWS ALL ABOVE LISTED GUIDELINES.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within THREE days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. Any item that has already been worn is not subject to be considered a "defective item" and no return or exchange is allowed.

Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as defects and customer is responsible for return shipping.


SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition or are not received within the designated return window, you will be subject to an $10.00 shipping & handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

IF INVOICE IS UNAVAILABLE, A NOTE WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED:

Name, E-Mail, Invoice Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return.
If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay your refund.
